Why would transactions be missing the “entered by” field and not showing up in the user’s account?

The transactions show up in our money book and they show as payments on the
event (Spring Camp Out 3/31-4/2) however they are missing the “entered by”
in the money book and are also not showing up in the individual’s account.
Maggie Harding has a $25 credit but I am assuming when her dad went to
register to the event that it didn’t make that connection because they paid
$20 via paypal each instead of utilizing the credit. Let me know if you
