TroopTrack email does not work as of fall 2016

I am the Committee Chair.
In the past when I sent emails: I received copies of my email, emails were distributed to my family scouts using the same email. So, we’d end up with three emails to the same email address. Now I receive no emails via TT. If anyone sends emails via TT I receive no emails. It is not in spam box.
Because of this I don’t know what is going on in the troop and my son cannot get his password reset because there is no email to receive.
