Unable to RSVP for girls

Hi! Some of my parents are having a problem RSVPing for their daughters. They tell me they are able to RSVP for themselves but when they click RSVP for their daughter nothing happens. Sure enough when I check they are on the list as going but not their girls. What can we do?

Hi @BrittanyMaples1,

You will need to make sure the parents have the access level of “household”, and that their daughters are in the same household as them. Here’s how to change their access levels.
