If someone has 3.5 Unused hours from May and we start in September, they should still be able to have those hours count towards their service star. They are not rolling over right now. Can this be addressed please? Thank you!

Service hours do not roll over automatically. You will need to add the extra service hours in the girl’s profile under “Participation & Service” and point them to the new level.
