User Not Receiving email from Trooptrack

I have a youth member who is not receiving emails from TroopTrack. The last one she received was on March 22 2022. I checked in Communicate=>Settings=>Communications Problems. It does not indicate any problems with her email. How do I get this fixed?


Please send us an email at with the name and email of the girl having the issue as I’m not seeing them on the “communications problems” page.
