What determines the Leadership position on the Patrol page?

On the “Organize Your Troop” page, what determines the Leadership position shown for Scouts? I have a Scout who’s the Patrol Leader and also an Instructor. The latter is appearing on his tab.

Both are active positions. The Patrol Leader was added most recently.

I just did some testing and it looks like the item that was added first shows up under the patrol page.
