I am new to the treasurer position in our pack. We had a family stop coming and their money accounts no longer show up in troop track. A few different questions to follow…
I can see the last time they had dues processed (May 2025), but I can’t see what happened to their accounts after that last month of dues being withdrawn. Can a family delete their scout account?
I read through some other postings about deactivation vs deleting. Is there a way to run a report on a specific scout account if they do not presently have a troop track account?
When the kids “disappeared from troop track”, they both had money in their accounts(ledgers). What happens to that money from their accounts if their accounts get deleted? deactivated?
