One of the great features of TT is maintaining YPT when communicating with youth. TT automatically cc’s parents on all youth communications. EXCEPT when the youth sends emails and if you hit reply it goes direct to them instead of masking thier true email address. This was not the case when we first signed up. I think it got broke when the email systems changed internally a few years back. Need to brainstorm on how to prevent this.
