Scouts should be able to upload their own blue cards without actually having permission to edit their achievements.
Uploading blue cards is a great way to ensure that there is a secure copy somewhere.
It is also a great way for scouts to communicate with and prove to the advancement chair that they have completed their merit badge.
As a previous topic said, right now, permissions on achievements is an all-or-nothing affair. We need a way to have scouts upload their blue cards, but we’d like to have only the advancement chair or ASMs change the achievement records.
Uploading to a user file requires A.C. to download and then upload again… not efficient. A web based system should make this easy.
