We published instructions to our parents on how they can upload photos of their scout’s blue cards, and then discovered they don’t have the privileges:

All our parents have Household access and the privilege to Upload photos and Manage user files. I played around with the privileges and found I could enable the upload of blue cards if I also granted Edit achievement records. The issue with granting that privilege is it allows complete editing of all achievements including overall fields such as completion date, awarded date, reported to council date, recognized flag, and purchased flag. While scouts are trustworthy, and we assume their parents are as well, we’d prefer management of the overall fields stay with troop leadership so we can insure accurate record keeping and recognition.
Is there a way to allow parents to upload blue card images without granting them full access to edit achievement records?
