We have a member named [Removed] who is not getting any emails at her aol account. Is there a known issue with aol accounts? Is there something wrong with her set up?

The person you mentioned marked a TroopTrack email as spam and was put on a do not contact list. I’ve removed the spam report, but please advise that user to not mark TroopTrack as spam in the future. When this happens, it hurts our email reputation and makes it difficult for anyone to send and receive emails through TroopTrack.
