Hi, I just signed up. Do I have to make a separate profile for myself as the leader or how do I do that from the profile that was created?
I use the auto-generated profile as the leader profile. I then created a second for myself, as a parent with household permissions. This gives me a way to debug issues or write accurate, detailed instructions for parents. I also created a scout/youth test account for the same reason. This minimizes automatic notifications to random parents while I’m testing.
Yep – I created an account with all of the admin privileges and then created a separate account for me as a parent. I login on two different browsers. That way when I make a change on the admin side, I switch over to the parent browser and see how a typical user would experience that change.
