Automated Invites & Reminders Being Sent Multiple Times

This is a crisis but more of an annoyance, but I’m noticing from time to time that the automated email invites and reminders are being sent multiple times, one after another. This morning a reminder was repeatedly sent 3 times to our unit.

We’ve also had the multiple automated issue occur. In addition, we have lately also experienced no auto reminders going out at all.

I am not still noticing the multiple reminder or invitation issues on several messages that went out over the weekend as well as this morning. This does not seem to be a system wide issue. The reason there were so many duplicates sent a few weeks ago was due to a system wide issue with messages getting stuck in the queue and once they were released they all went out, unfortunately every time people went into any event and attempted to send a message it queued and sent an additional message.
