We try and collect renewed medical forms at the beginning of every scouting year all at once so that when we get to our first fall outing we don’t have people standing around completing forms at check-in. It would be great if we could update the medical form dates in one mass bulk entry instead of entering each user separately. Note, I’m new to TroopTrack and still in the set-up and exploring phase but I haven’t found this capability if it already exists. We’ve got nearly 80 scouts plus parents and siblings so this is a big deal every year for us.

I agree. We just had a parent leader who just turned in her forms a couple of days ago that were due back in September. She slipped through the cracks and we didn’t realize we didn’t have it. I need to go through the forms again and see who all I missed…
