I just realized that all events we’ve entered this fall have been entered with last year’s level. I can’t figure out how to change the default. This is our 4th year using TT and it has always updated the default when we ‘promoted’ the girl and her level was updated in her profile. But this year it didn’t update. Does anyone know how to update it?
I’ve noticed the same problem and have had to updated the girls level as the participation (especially for service events) has been carrying over and counting towards their previous level.
Did this happen for NEW events you’ve created AFTER you promoted the girls? Or did you create events, and then later promote the girls?
