Recording Attendance - Girl Level is Wrong

Regarding the girls that leveled up into new Units… When we go to record their attendance for an event, why is TT showing their old Unit level in that screen, instead of the correct/new unit level?

If I look at the girls under the Manage-Unit, the level is correct there. But it won’t show this updated/current Unit when recording attendance. ??

I think the events reflect the level at the time the event is created. This year, I moved the girls up to their new level before putting the events and meetings on the calendar and that fixed the issue for us.

If you’ve already created the events, you can adjust the girl’s level when you take attendance.
