For my Pioneers that started a badge when they were Pioneers but will be finishing them as Patriots - How do I indicate this in TT? Do I “set level” on those once their level changes from Pioneer to Patriot? what if I do it before TT is updated with their new room? I checked the user guide but didn’t see any direction on this. Thanks!

To default new awards and the achievement tab to the new level, please go to the girls’ profiles, press “edit” next to “Registration Info” and set their level there, then save. You may certainly use set level, but for it to default, I think you just have to change the level.
