When sending emails from TT, they do not show the correct sender name. Multiple people have sent emails and yet they are all showing the same sender name - a youth in our troop.

We have also been having this issue! But not with everyone, just a few select people!
Is this only when going to Communicate, Send an Email or are these event e-mails? If you reply to one of the messages does it show that youths e-mail or something else?
Please take screenshots of the incorrect e-mails and also get the raw source of one or two and send that to support@trooptrack.com, also include what mail service and client you are using, this will be something the TT staff will need to look at.
