Hello, we have some event accounts with a few thousand dollars. We’d like to have that money in the Pack’s main money account, which we’ve titled, “A Pack Primary Account.” (We included the “A” so it always shows on top.)
What steps should we take to get the money out of the event accounts and into “A Pack Primary Account”? Reconcile? Close account?
Should we move the money at all?
Please give us a step by step.

If the money corresponds with real funds then the best option is to do a transfer. If it is just a build up due to poor accounting then you can enter a transaction to zero out the balance, and close the account. As to sorting you can also use special characters as those sort before alpha numeric characters. *, #, $ in that order for a few examples.
