I find if I go into Scoutbook Plus and look up the adventure that does not have an ID, get the ID from the URL, and then provide it as part of my ticket, the Trooptrack team gets it fixed pretty quickly. (Probably because I did the legwork for them)
You can edit the CSV file that TroopTrack spits out and provide that to Scoutbook so you don’t have to go in and manually add those adventures for all of those Scouts and you’re not held up waiting for Trooptrack to fix the database. I haven’t run across too many that don’t have IDs, though, which is great.
Scoutbook Plus will automagically figure out that rank is earned upon completion of the requisite adventures, so you don’t strictly need to submit those.
