Is the TroopTrack Support mailbox monitored on the weekend?

Our custom domain is not working which means none of our members can login to our site. I emailed support more than 8 hours ago and I have not heard anything back.

This impact everything that our unit is doing this weekend which is multiple events. And we cannot do signups for critical upcoming events.

Well I got my answer. No. The support email is not monitored over the weekend. Truthfully, I don’t know that it is ever monitored.

I think at this point, Trooptrack is just about taking our money and not providing the service that we pay for. I am sick of this.

@jp1 - We are having the same issue. We are seeing the wrong certificate for our domain which is preventing everyone from accessing the site.

As you found TT support is not monitored on the weekends. There is limited support hours M-F in the morning for I believe 4 hours. TT is not about taking the money and not providing service. It is a small company and that subscription money goes to keeping it running, server space is expensive. No one is making any money from TT, I don’t think Dave or Tyler have seen a dime in years. All of the subscription goes right into keeping the site running. I get the frustration and they could do much better and are trying to put things into place to make things better but it takes time and as I said with limited resources it is difficult. I am not making excuses for them, I am trying to give a better picture of what the challenges are. I have shared with them that if things don’t change, and soon, they will start losing customers and make the problem even worse limiting resources even more. I like the product and believe it is still a value for the cost but they must do better.
