Manage / Members / Invite Users - search not working as expected

in manage/members/invite users, selecting All Users removes search filter and entering a value in the search filter and pressing enter forces me back to “Users Without Access”. There seems to be no way from this dialog to search for a user that has access so I can resend the invitation. The search works as expected when the “Users Without Access” item is selected.

I can find the user by paging through each page and using the browser search feature, they were on page 4.

I can get the the user via the members search, but I see no action/button there to resend the invitation.

I repeated all of these logged in as a different user on a different browser session and the same thing happened.

This is on the website version using Chrome. Version 139.0.7258.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can you look at this search feature on the Invite Users page and see if it working as expected?

You are correct the search does not work from the All Users dialog.

I find it easier to use the Manage - Members - User Accounts page, that search bar works on the page and the Actions button allows you to reset password.

Thanks for the workaround. So is this now listed as a bug that the developers will see and perhaps at some point address?

No, at this point it has not been added to a bug list. Since there is a way to do what you are asking on a different page it isn’t a priority to fix the page you mentioned.
