The only way to stop her info from syncing to that account is removing her account in AHG connect. I’m not familiar with that system, so I don’t know if there’s a way to remove her early.
That is why TroopTrack recommends each user using their own personal account, and not having an admin account. Admin account passwords can get lost, or not handed over properly after a leader leaves. TroopTrack is designed for users to have privileges and access levels and when a leadership position is given, then those can be changed. Here’s more on that from the user guide.
