I am the relatively new Treasurer for my troop and we had some major turnover in our leadership and our TroopTrack lapsed. I have been working with the Scoutmaster and we can’t get it renewed and can’t get anyone to respond to the email addresses we have found nor from the contact form on the website. Is there any way to reach someone to get help? There is a tremendous amount of information in there that we need, including scout account information that I need.
