Participation Report Problems

We are being tasked by the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) to provide the total number of hours and mileage by our members for trainings and meetings.

The Participation Report is what we are trying to use. TroopTrack made recent modifications to create Round Trip Mileage Driver (I believe converted from Hiking Miles). The participation report appears to be populating from the original Hiking Miles and omitting the new Round Trip Mileage.

Is there any way to fix this so we can provide an answer to VDEM soon?

So the numbers are correct, but the terminology is wrong?

If I go to Plan > Participation Book or Manage > Reports > Participation and look at the miles driven, I don’t see any problems. Can you please identify specifically where the problem is and/or an example set of miles you believe is incorrect?
