My question is I have parents that are listed in a household with their scout. We have given the scout the privilege of entering participation for outside service hours. Is there a way for the parent to be able to login on their parent account and add service hours to their scout? From what I have seen is that they can do their OWN participation.

This is a problem for us as well. Some families have 3 girls in the program so they have to have 4 login accounts. It’s not effecient and it’s confusing. Definitely want household privilege to be able to add participation for everyone in their household.

This has come up previously in several posts across different Unit Types. Unfortunately at this time it is as you have found, the individual account must log in to enter their own hours. I seem to remember one of the posts getting some feedback from TT staff saying they were looking into improvements to Privileges. Hopefully it will be added in the future.
