Some emails get received but not all?

I have a user that is complaining that they are not receiving the forgot password email and the direct email that I sent her from TT, but she is receiving our newsletter emails. This is the only user that I have that is registering this complaint.

She is a gmail user and I know that gmail can be finicky about marking as spam. She says that she has checked her spam folder.

For the direct message that I sent her from TT, I can see that the message was sent from TT on the recent messages page.

Also, she is a new user, so it is unlikely that she has mistakenly marked the TT emails as a spam sender And I checked the communication problems area and nothing shows up there.

Has anyone else seen TT emails get filtered out selectively for a user?

I have not seen this complaint from others in the Community and have never had any users complain of this in my two units.
