Where do I find the box to unmark “spam” when a parent reports that they “accidentally” marks it as such?
For now you just have to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
First time offenders are supposed to go to Communicate > Communication Problems where you can remove them, but that hasn’t been working for some reason. I have a ticket in to fix it.
Multiple time offenders will have to come to me no matter what, though.

Is there a way to see a text receipt similar to email receipt? The same person, who had blocked email, claims to not receive text messages. They have Tracphone provider.
I don’t have a way of tracking those (confirmations of delivery, etc) but you can go here: https://troop210.trooptrack.com/communicate/text_messages to see a history of texts sent.
