I am trying to upload a report to the BSA but when I click submit this pops up.
How do I create the advancement report to upload?
You have to mark the awards as completed, but not purchased, awarded, etc. Any awards that the scouts have awards with completion dates in them (but without the Awarded On date or the “purchased” and “recognized” checkboxes marked) will automatically show up there.
If nothing is showing up in the list, it is most likely either because nothing has been marked as completed or the other things have been marked and TroopTrack thinks that it doesn’t need to submit them because they have already been awarded (and therefore purchased and submitted).
