Emails Failing to Send (June 2026)

All of the emails going out today are getting the “Message scheduled for re-delivery” error. Anyone else? I’ve submitted a support request for our site, but wanted to see how widespread it is.

I’m getting Delivery Failed when trying to send emails.

I believe mine have said “Delivery Failed” at first but then later turn into “Message scheduled for re-delivery”.

We are having the same issue yesterday and today.

Seems one of our leaders is also reporting emails not being sent after a couple tries last night (6/7/26)

Yes, as of some time yesterday our new events, announcements and email updates are not going through via email annymore. Our newsletter did seem to go out Sunday June 7 at 9:01 am eastern.

We are also getting “Delivery Failed” for emails, and event notifications are not going out via email.

Our event notification emails will not send out at all. It says invitations were sent, but then nothing comes through via email. 6/826

Same here. Says it was sent but did not go out. Tried twice on 6/8/26.

I put in a ticket early this afternoon after our weekly auto sent newsletter didn’t go out. I also send numerous calendar reminders for upcoming events which failed to send. I have not heard back yet. Has anyone heard an update on when things will be back up and running?

Mail is still not being sent for us. I have no response from the message that I sent to support.

Yes, mail is down sitewide. Support is aware and TT management has been notified. Have not gotten a response yet.

yeah, tried again with our third event. still did not send as of 06/09 12:30pm. @AaronStorey

I got a message back from management, they are engaging development to get this resolved.

We are having the same issue. “Delivery Failed” on Monday and this morning, “Message Scheduled for Re-Delivery” Any updates??

I am having this issue today as well. (6/8/26).

T-9 Stamford CT is also getting email “delivery failures” today.

Any solutions or corrections found that could help?

This is a global TroopTrack outage, all units are affected. There is no update or timeline for a fix at this point. Texting still works if you have the subscription. The only option for now would be to export a list of e-mail addresses and send them manually from an outside email system. Sorry and will update as soon as I hear anything from Management.
