Can TroopTrack put up a banner notifying users of this email outage? We’re entering the 10th day of this silent-but-critical outage. Users need to be aware up front that the events they’re setting up, messages they’re posting, new families they’re inviting, etc. will not send needed emails. Having the banner include a link to a workaround would help – unofficial notes here, refinements welcome.
In the October 2025 outage, you said:

Can TroopTrack staff commit to a defined communication frequency for email outages? Posts in this forum every other day with technical updates on progress since last message would help reassure TroopTrack customers.
